WHAT'S NEW
The tale of My Idea begins with Bobby, our General Manager of Operations, whose passion for woodwork and entrepreneurial spirit started 40 years ago in the same place where our factory stands today – the "Sugar City" Lautoka, Fiji. A native of Lautoka, Bobby always had a passion for woodworking and has dedicated more than half of his life and career to the timber and mahogany industry in Fiji.
After working his way up from a wood machinist and joiner in the 80s, he was quickly promoted to production manager of C.H.E International Fiji Ltd, a 75% Australian-owned company specializing in the manufacturing and sale of furniture locally and overseas at the time.
